GRAMÍNEA
audiovisual work / sound landscape / live AV
>_
The Gramínea project presents an abstract interpretation aimed at capturing the diversity of genres, morphologies, and species within certain types of plants. By processing data that records light and the movement of organisms, the artist visualizes morphological diversity and predicts the future proliferation of various forms. The latest works incorporate advanced computer vision techniques, integrating data and dynamic movement patterns. The sound composition creates an intimate connection with the visual forms, evolving endlessly into nebulous structures that expand like overlapping layers of tissue.
