CUERPO, DATA Y MEMORIA

audiovisual work / generative art / creative coding

The body, data, and memory are profoundly interconnected concepts that shape our understanding of human existence in the digital age. The body, as a physical and biological entity, serves not only as a vessel for experience and life but also as a continuous source of data. This data, collected through various means, is stored and processed to form a network that can be interpreted as a kind of memory—both individual and collective.

In this project, the artist delves into different perspectives on how the human body can be represented in the digital realm and transformed into data through movement, leaving a trace in space-time that serves as a memory of its existence.

Through this work, the artist explores how the human body can serve as raw material for the creation of virtual simulations, symbolizing the convergence of the body and data in shaping new realities and audiovisual landscapes. The piece constructs an interpretation and simulation that reimagines the concept of digital memory.
